Enquiries, Estimates and Quotations

Submitting an enquiry or stock-check form does not confirm an order, stock reservation, service appointment or final price.
Rates, estimates and quotations may depend on site conditions, electricity usage, system design, product brand, wattage, quantity, taxes, freight, delivery location and current market availability.
A transaction becomes binding only after the parties accept the final written quotation, scope, payment terms and order or service confirmation.
Any quotation may have a validity period and may be revised after a site survey, technical assessment or supplier-price change.

Solar Installation Services

System capacity, expected generation and savings are estimates based on information available at the time of assessment.
Actual performance may vary due to weather, shading, roof orientation, grid availability, maintenance, equipment condition, electricity consumption and other site-specific factors.
Installation schedules may depend on site readiness, permissions, material availability, weather, grid approvals and other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate site, ownership, electricity-consumer and load information and for obtaining permissions not included in the written scope.

Wholesale Panels and Product Supply

Product images, specifications, wattages, brands and availability displayed on the website are indicative and must be confirmed before purchase.
Wholesale prices are not fixed public prices and may change based on quantity, product, taxes, freight, destination and market conditions.
Stock is subject to prior sale and is confirmed only through written order confirmation.
Packing, dispatch, risk transfer, inspection, damage claims and delivery terms will be governed by the accepted quotation, invoice or order document.
Manufacturer warranties are subject to the relevant manufacturer’s terms, registration requirements, exclusions and claim process.

Government Subsidy and Scheme Information

Government subsidy, net-metering and scheme information is provided for general guidance. Eligibility, amount, approved equipment, documentation, timelines and release of benefits are determined by the relevant government authority, portal, DISCOM, financial institution or scheme rules.

Mega Solar Energy Pvt Ltd does not guarantee approval, subsidy amount, processing time or payment by any government authority. Scheme information may change without notice.

Payments, Taxes and Cancellation

Payment schedules, advance amounts, taxes, cancellation charges, refunds and credit terms will be specified in the applicable quotation, invoice, purchase order or service agreement. Unless expressly stated in writing, submitting an enquiry does not create a payment obligation.

Acceptable Use

Do not use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or misleading activity.
